<P>2. How many key leveling jobs do you perform yearly on pianos and how many are grands?</P>
<P>3. How many of those jobs have Steinway Balance Bearings?</P>
<P>4. Would you be able to take on more tuning/regulation jobs if you could level keys perfectly in less than 15 minutes? </P>
