The quote I got <i>was </i>from my own property carrier. Don't get me
wrong - I'll happily pay that for the piece of mind. It's just that
I've heard many times from various people that this sort of thing was
done all the time for a relatively insignificant cost, and I'd hate to
pay a lot more than is really necessary.<br>
