I've looked up the original job proposal and worksheet. I have it in my records as a c.1895 Bosendorfer grand, approx. 213 cm in length. The original action was a single-escapement design. Most of the original action parts were either missing or so badly mangled as to be unrepairable. The original keys were flared out so both a new keyset and a matching action stack were designed to fit the original keybed and strikeline. The original keyset and action were returned to the owner in case he ever wanted to have them restored and fitted back to the piano.
