I received my first tape back in an acceptably short time, but subsequent tapes took longer and longer. Written materials were returned in a very timely manner. But in order to keep my progress moving along with the taped assignments I first had success with emails. When returns slowed again I resorted to phone call's. It took both of those plus two written letters to get my final tape back. When it did come back his comments were helpful and indicated he had spent time with the tape. So, for this, I'm grateful.
