I have a customer that bought a Suzuki Grand thru his Costco membership. I'm informed Suzuki pianos are sold online only, with pianodisc installed. They obviously wanted a "fine" ( READ DRIPPING WITH SARCASM)grand piano buying it thru a big box store without being able to play or hear it!
