Thanks, Jon,<br>I think you are right about the key issue. I did a pretty complete regulation and voicing about 9 months ago...obviously not complete enough! I did not really give any attention to the balance hole, so will look at that first. It does not have wippen assist sprgs. And I will check out the key leading, too.
