<WBR>Brian<br> <br> How big is this grand? If it's only 5' or so, there is nothing that can be done to give it a "big" sound. You need to get her to define "big rich sound of a grand". Ask her to go to a piano store and find a grand that has the sound she wants. You might also start throwing some numbers at her.
