similar problem, which was compounded by the fact someone had repined some pins
that were loosish, with a larger size, and my tuning tip wouldn't fit, and that
was the special slim tip, they make for such occasions.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT face=Arial>There are 2 sizes, 3/8" and 1/2", I had some 1/2"
already, but if I drilled for them it left too little plate, as it wasn't an
open faced block.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG><FONT face=Arial>He also has gap filling glue. I had been thinking
epoxy, but if they say the gap filling glue is ok, it is definitely, less
hassle.</FONT></STRONG></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've checked the archives and didn't find much on
the subject. I'm looking to either purchase or make plugs to repair a pin hole
that was drilled at such an angle that, with pin installed, it almost
touches the neighboring pin and not allowing a hammer tip onto it. I have
checked the usual suppliers but no one has anything to plug the pinblock with.
Any information would be helpful. </FONT></DIV>
