you might be able to reach in with a long screw<br>
driver blade and tighten it. One thing to consider<br>
though is if the bottom fastener has migrated lower<br>
because of not being locked in place and in which case<br>
might force the rail down onto the rear of the wippens.<br><br>
Look at the behind the stretcher to see if it is<br>
screwed to the plate. I've seen some stretchers which<br>
have to be removed in order to get the action out.<br><br>
