work.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>For big jobs, I look ahead in my schedule for a
block of time, though there may be tunings here and there in that time,
too. How it all works out depends on how big the job is and how far
in the future I'm booking it.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've found that I'm a little, no, a lot busier
than I want to be. I just raised my rates and am sticking to my guns about
the hours I work and/or how many tunings I'm willing to do per
day. Tornado dreams or the dreams I have about not being able to find
the airport gate are always a good indicator that too much is going on!

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>When scheduling tunings/service calls, I get as
much information from the customer before the apointment and schedule the time I
think I might need. Some techs just plan on tuning and schedule the
other work for later; sometimes I do that, too, it just all
depends... </FONT></DIV>

than enough time to work at customers' sites and in my shop), I've moved to a
new area which is turning out to be absolutely wonderful. Today,
however, it became very apparent that I'm going to have to become much
more careful of my schedule if I'm to take advantage of the work opportunities
that are being offered (and still do my best work, of
course).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
