But we don't. Some customers are very forgiving. But what works for one customer might not work for another customer. Not only that, but what works for one customer the first time you see her, might not work the second time. <BR><BR>So you never know what "not do anything to give the customer a reason not to call me back", It could be anything. It could be nothing.
