You really would have to go pretty bad especially if home was pretty far away. :-)  Moment of truth, I had a piano tech tell me this very thing about using a customers bathroom.  I'd rather lose a customer than wind up using depends when I'm 60 because my bladder burst open because I was afraid to raise my hand and say, "Excuse me customer. Can I use your bathroom?"  One rule to remember and follow.
