talking on the phone while driving (or doing anything else while driving) but
with a hands-free device that will dial on voice command I don’t think it
is any more dangerous than talking to a passenger. Actually since you don’t
have the temptation of turning to look at the passenger it might be safer.
I have missed exits talking to my wife while she is with me. If they
outlaw conversing on the phone in a car, they need to outlaw conversing with a
passenger. I read the story in your link and I think they need to study
in-car conversations too!<o:p></o:p></span></p>
