Your message came through then and now. You may have asked for a multipage treatise rather than a quick response.&nbsp;<div>I think you may find a fair amount of info in the archives -- I believe Rob Goodale chronicled planning and building his shop in Las Vegas a while back. I think Annie G moved recently, so maybe she has some words of wisdom. Jude Reveley moved his shop from Hyde Park to Lowell last year so you might ask him too.
