friction on the tip of the spring effects jack position with regards to
the knuckle. For good stable regulation that slot HAS to be slick,
and the tip of the spring, should be polished.<br><br>

spring? The jack /knuckle relationship is dependent on
correct tension and friction with the spring, then the adjustment
