The people that get the discounts were almost always the regulars.<div><br class="webkit-block-placeholder"></div><div>The one positive note is that I don't have to pick up the phone to call them (which I don't like much). I doubt that it's worth my giving away $4.00. Now I don't mention it on the cards. Some customers know the $4.00 discount offer is still up on my web site. So they fill out the appt form, and I give 'em the discount.</div>
