stuff. Incredible cuts on night club pianos that you can literally hear falling
apart as they are being played. 'The In Crowd' was a best selling instrumental
and maybe Ramsey's biggest hit. If you could would you go back and prep those
pianos for the recording? Please don't, might ruin everything.</DIV>

the Shadows of Motown", a documentary about the backup musicians who created
that wonderful sound. From their descriptions of the early days, I
wonder whether the pianos were even tuned for sessions.... It might also
give you some leads to who might have the answers to your
