<DIV> It affects a LOT of things. We had the identical problem. We had to regulate the whole thing over again. All the damper heads needed realignment, the capstan/lost motion, wippen spoons, on and on. It's also questionable whether the action ratio is the same because of the new height of the capstan. I suggest lowering the action support studs a little bit to remove the action, and raising them again to their original positions after replacing the action . Some of the studs can be accessed below the keybed on certain models. Other models have flats to adjust with a spanner wrench from above. Good luck!</DIV>
