12.0pt'>I have a customer with a Baldwin L grand nicely restored in 1980. The
hammers are in good condition, but the knuckles make a very <br>
loud clicking when they fall back onto the jacks. The knuckles are of the old
type where they can't be removed and replaced with new ones (the<br>
wood in the knuckle center points backwards towards the keyboard rather than
straight down). Does anyone have any ideas on how to reduce the<br>
clicking, maybe some way to soften the knuckles? <br>
