The casino will never change the overhead music being piped in as it is supposed to promote gambling. It's the slot machines that drive me nuts always announcing their musical thirds or shouting "wheel of fortune". The crowd noise helps me tune out the slot floor so I can zero in on my work and I employ the EDT in these situations. I do the best I can and never get complaints. The worst account I have is a DC6 in a glass and marble hotel lobby with a giant water display splashing away. Pure torture.
