Pierce Piano Atlas, and to demand that you immediately cease and desist from
further infringement of these rights.</DIV>

<DIV>As you know the Pierce Piano Atlas is a world famous publication. It
is the subject of registrations and copyrights obtained in the United States and
throughout the world. No part of the Pierce Piano Atlas may be reproduced,
stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means --
electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise -- without
written permission of the publisher. We vigorously defend our valuable
copyrights, and take instances of infringement with the utmost
seriousness.</DIV>

<DIV>I have recently become aware that PTG Forum is publishing information, via
e-mail and the World Wide Web, from the Pierce Piano Atlas. Over the past
50 years hundreds of individuals and organizations have sought to utilize
material from the Pierce Piano Atlas in one way or another. It required
years of painstaking research, thousands of hours, and a great deal of expense
to gather all the information in the Atlas. </DIV>
<DIV><BR class=webkit-block-placeholder></DIV>
<DIV>In order to resolve this matter amicably I request you remove all
information, you have published via e-mail or on your website, from the Pierce
Piano Atlas. I demand that you immediately cease and desist from any
further infringing use or proposed use of Pierce Piano Atlas.</DIV>

<DIV>Unless we see you have complied within twelve (12) days of the date of this
letter, we will be compelled to initiate all appropriate legal options to
enforce our rights and preserve our information. Although we desire to resolve

us to take all necessary steps to protect the rights of Pierce Piano
Atlas.</DIV>
