<WBR>Wallace<br> <br> The reason machines and other mechanical devices rely on the number of hours they are used, is because for the most part, they are used the same way all the time, and the weather conditions do not effect how they operate. <br> <br> Pianos, on the other hand, are subjected to many different kinds of playing, are subjected to humidity and temperature changes.
