arrangements have been agreed to. It's worth mentioning to new
clients what your policy is and stand by it. Then everything is
clearly understood right upfront.</FONT></DIV>

clients who are not on the COD basis as their bookkeeping is handled through
some service several states away. </FONT></DIV>
