A dialoged box comes up with "Flag to:" I put in 3 months, 4 months 1 year etc. For a year I add an "a" before it so it stays in chronological order. "Due by: I input the reminder date. I set up a date when the piano should be tuned again and it reminds me when the date comes up. Each time I tune the piano I put in the new due date. It also keeps all my tuning records, quotes, temp & humidity etc. All this information syncs with my PDA. You can use it to send your email also. It also has a great lookup feature. Last week a customer calls using a different name. (Her granddaughter had called originally.) She said she wanted to go ahead with the work I had quoted her. I couldn't find the record, but she gave me her address. I did a lookup with the street and her record came right up. Works great for me.
