increased when I first called and then followed up with a reminder card if I
couldn't reach them by phone. I felt the customers were a little annoyed when I
called after the card. They would say "I got your card". It wasn't a nice "I got

couple of weeks <BR>after you send out the cards you call the customers,
asking whether they got <BR>the reminder card and you will usually get more
