<WBR>Michelle<br> <br> I don't know of any systems out there, but I set up my own database in which I include a last tuning month and a next tuning month. The next one might be 3 months, 6 months or a year from the last service month, but the last service month stays the same until i tune the piano again. When I send out reminder notices, I first look for the "next tuning date" customers, and then the "last tuning date" customers.
