It is aYamaha T118 built in China. The screws in the pedal brackets have stripped out of the bottom board.</font></div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">The bottom board is 3/8" ply ( beaver barf ) and I am asked to repair it with plug with dowel and redrill. ?? The reason is if other technicians have to work on it in the future it will be to difficult. Personally I don't think it will hold, this ply is too thin and not very good quality. I want to drill the holes in the board and install with nuts and bolts. The pedals will then be bullet proof. </font></div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">Any suggestions?</font></div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2"></font> </div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">Regards,</font></div> <div><font face="Arial" size="2">Jack houweling</font></div> </div> <!-- end of AOLMsgPart_2_84b2b997-00f0-42c4-8a27-e85897037b1e --><div id="u8CA8F69670D850D-1E30-2AB7" class="aol_ad_footer"><font style="color: black; font: normal 10pt ARIAL, SAN-SERIF;"><hr style="MARGIN-TOP: 10px">Stay informed, get connected and more <a title="http://mobile.aol.com/productOverview.jsp?productOverview=aol-mobile-overview&?ncid=aolmbd00030000000139" href="http://mobile.aol.com/productOverview.jsp?productOverview=aol-mobile-overview&?ncid=aolmbd00030000000139" target="_blank">with AOL on your phone</a>.</font> </div></blockquote></div><br><div apple-content-edited="true"> <span class="Apple-style-span" style="border-collapse: separate; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 24px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: auto; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-horizontal-spacing: 0px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0; "><div style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; -webkit-line-break: after-white-space; "><div>John Ross</div><div><a href="mailto:jrpiano@win.eastlink.ca">jrpiano@win.eastlink.ca</a></div><div><br></div></div></span><br class="Apple-interchange-newline"> </div><br></div></body></html>
