week. How can you guarantee a tuning after that? If it's a good customer and
it's just a unison or two, I will cut them some slack and fix it even after a

called then. What<BR>can you possibly determine now? After six
months you will undoubtedly find<BR>the piano out of tune. So what are you
going to do? I think you should<BR>have nipped this one in the bud on the
phone by telling them that they<BR>needed to call you six months ago since at
this point you will not be able<BR>to determine what the problem was, that you
can't generally guarantee<BR>tunings because there are too many outside factors
that influence tuning<BR>stability and it's time for the piano to be tuned again
