Is your customer selling just the ivories, or are they still attached to the
keys? If they are still attached to the keys, how certain are you they will
come off in one piece? <br>
If you don't buy them, what else can he do with them? How bad do you want them
and what are they worth to you?<br>

Ask what he wants and offer him at least half the amount. In other words,
negotiate.<br>
