I found that the reading part seemed to be at the very edge of the lens, and hard to use.</div><div>The seller of the glasses, said that I should wear the transitional lenses full time, and I would get used to them. For the most part, I don't wear glasses at all, except for driving, and TV. I think the choice depends far more on personality characteristics than your profession. Some people have a terrible time adjusting to even bifocals. If that transition was difficult for you I’d say tri’s are going to be even more so. However, if you were “native” with bifocals the day after you received them than you’ll probably be OK.
