<WBR>Matthew<br> <br> If you're referring to the balance due as "credit", then, yes, that's the usual procedure. I get half down, with the balance due upon completion. There are some techs that require a third down, with the balance due at the end. Some techs require a third down, a third about half way into the job, etc. I've even heard of some techs who get 10% down, and a schedule of payments spread out over the length of the projected time it is going to take, with the balance of 10% of the balance due at the end.
