with an appropriately thick shim. This only works with Spurlock's two caul
method. So let's say you need a finished bushing for a .142 pin. Use
the intermediate and final cauls for .137 inserting a precut .005 shim in the
mortise along side the caul, opposite the side that you are currently
glueing. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I wander the shop and office with my thickness
gauge checking various papers, notecards, photos, and envelopes until I
find the correct thickness. I then slice these up into one quarter inch by
two inch strips (approximately) to use as my supplemental cauls.</FONT></DIV>

grand and the balance pin holes are an odd size and do not fit any
