<div>I've worked on a church piano for many years that has a backcover on it for esthetic reasons. I believe the formula/pattern used for it would suit your needs. </div>
<div>It's a simple wooden frame of 1X3's with small triangular pieces of 1/4" plywood on the corners for strength/squaring/stabilty. The cloth was then stretched over it, drawn tight and stapled to it. I then attached it to the back of the piano with brass screws using ornamental brass washer cups at the corners. If/when I need to remove it I just unscrew it and it's completely off and out of my way for whatever I need to do.</div>
<div> A few years ago after some changes took place in the church basement the humidity began to be more of a problem and we needed to add a second dehumidifier, with the thickness of the frame for the backcover we were able to put one across the backposts, down low and it has helped considerably.</div>
