legitimately screwed up and the guilt is overwhelming to compensate her for her
unhappiness. But if what you have done is on par for what is considered
acceptable piano service and she's still not pleased, then there's nothing that
is going to please her.Move on and don't look back. I'm sure she done this
with other subcontractors as well.</FONT></DIV>
