your wording below, you may have missed the meaning of birds-eye? The birds-eye
is not the hole itself, but the raised mound around the hole that gives
clearance. So, bushed parts, such as the flange in your example would not have a
Birdseye, only the unbushed parts.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
