Although the physical surroundings in </SPAN><?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City><st1:place><SPAN lang=EN-CA>Banff</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN lang=EN-CA> are beautiful, and great skiing, hiking, and other outdoor activities are right on your doorstep, finding adequate housing can be very difficult.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>And said housing can be rather expensive.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Most newcomers to the area start off with a less-than-ideal housing situation and search for something better once they are here.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>2. The Music & Sound staff are a great group of people to work with; the working atmosphere is very
co-operative.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>3. The piano inventory is aging, but quite serviceable.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>4. The users of the pianos are mostly accomplished or emerging artists, not undergrad-level students.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>They are generally quite respectful of the instruments, and appreciative of high-quality service.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>5.
