There are huge changes in humidity and temperature, caused by warm bodies, hot lights, and lots of drinks and cigarette smoke. Add to that that you're constantly replacing strings, which will also make the  piano unstable, and the piano doesn't stand a chance. <br> <br> The bad news is that the piano is constantly going out of tune. The good news is that the bar owner has the sense to have you in there to tune the piano and replace the strings. Don't do anything different or drastic to the piano.
