Then ease the corners</div> <div>of the beams with 100 or 180 grit sandpaper.  I brush on the acrylic.</div> <div>I have sprayed it, the time it takes to mask off the s/b and apply one coat</div> <div>is about the same as with a brush, spraying two coats would be a time</div> <div>saver but with a brush I can lay on more material without runs.</div> <div><br></div> <div>It's a toss-up, some jobs I prefer power tools, some I prefer hand tools.</div> <div><br></div> <div>With a brush you can work in tighter quarters,</div> <div>spraying requires elbow room. and then some.</div> <div><br></div> <div>I also lube the casters prior to set up. Refelt the pedal rod guides</div> <div>and pedal pivots if needed.
