Yes, itīs the Hydrocel system. Cheap, simple and works well. The tuning lasts longer and the pins get tighter. The customers fill it with water in winter (i.e. heating period) and ignore it in the summer. In summer it soaks humidity if the air is wet and gives it free when itīs getting dry. I think itīs a good alternative to Damp Chaser, but it might be too weak for very dry regions. Canīt say that because itīs not so extreme dry in my area. I use these tubes for climate controll and can say that they work very well. They help very much in the dry heating period. But I am based in Europe and our climate here is comparatively constant. No heavy winter and no heatwaves in summer (anymore, thanks to climate change).<br>
