to individuals as recognition for outstanding service. I don't want to put
words in President Probst's mouth but I would say that it was given to Mr.
Stein for exceptional efforts in helping to build the examination program. I
know that time and time again, Israel has stepped up and gone above and beyond
the call of duty to assist in expanding and improving our exam efforts and
Dale felt that needed special recognition.<BR><BR>I hope this answers your
