I gagged at convention over the price of this tool............ I'm not
a great voicer, but I have been glad I got it. Sure wish i could have
gotten mine from a "graveyard". <br>

statement, but I believe this is a case of mistaken tool/source and I

obliged to stand up for the quality of the tool I carry. </font><font

many of these tools, and I don't recall selling one of these voicers to
you. You must have purchased the very similar looking tool (knock-off)
that is on the market. I beleive that tool is sourced in Asia; by
comparison to the one I carry it is cheaply made and could likely have
the problems you encountered. <br>

My adjustable needle tool is crafted in Germany from solid st</font><font
style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;" size="2">ainless
steel. It is of extremely high quality and I back it up with customer
service and guarantee, as needed. I have sold them to a number of the
top voicers who frequent this list, and the verdict is unanimous -
everyone loves this tool.

David: for a number of simple reasons, there are no prices on my
website. As posted there, prices will be emailed to bona fide piano
technicians upon request. As far as "recommending" another supplier, I
think Ric did that quite admirably :^)
