concerned with chipping of the plate during stringing, which is my worst issue
of my own stringing. I've been shooting 2 coats of gold lacquer with no clear
coats. I'm looking for a soft outer clear coat for added depth of
presentation,plus more protection during the stringing process.</FONT></DIV>

don’t know exactly their formula, but it is based on acrylic. I tried
other brands, but I found this one to be the best : very good adherence, no
tears, and that happy filling effect that makes a perfect sanding

is one layer primer, three cans Antique Gold and three cans clear varnish with
