This format is so much more refreshing than the forum. It's crystal clear who said what when in which order to whom. (OK, maybe I stretch a tad...) But my eyes have just been burning for the past ten minutes looking at forum emails where it's nigh-on impossible to ascertain who said what etc.<br>
