It is probably because of the link to <a href="http://www.ptg.org">www.ptg.org</a>. Since the old server was turned back on as <a href="http://mail.ptg.org">mail.ptg.org</a> there are probably some links that are still to <a href="http://ptg.org">ptg.org</a>.
