The new process that was put in place IS NOT WORKING OUT too many bugs too many "techs" don't like it response time is random and unpredictable no readily access to documentation my.ptg.org was down for some period of time tonight was there a support contract ? "techs" complain, its too difficult to learn on the fly One tech emailed that he is - done - with both email lists. ALREADY, One tech reported getting a VIRUS, locking up his PC - and - having to completely rebuild it. Based on my personal exposure - your software needs to back to the drawing board. AND MOVE TO LINUX !!!!!!!!
