Are you also saying that posting directly to the discussions in the new website via <a href="mailto:ptg_pianotchne@egroups.ptg.org">ptg_pianotchne@egroups.ptg.org</a> will not be possible at some point under the conditions that you outline below? If that’s the case then I assume that means at some point the only access to the discussion groups will be through the website itself. I don’t wish to start another round of misinformation, we’ve had enough of that. I suppose the lists could move to some other system, but then the PTG has no obligation to devote its already overloaded volunteer corps to managing them - is there anyone out there who wants to keep those e-mail lists willing to manage them? Been there, done that, it can get pretty nerve racking... The guy who took over the list I started years ago lasted about a half year...
