You can also simply sample some other hammers up there to see if there is more to be delivered. However, keep in mind that tenor and bass can be "awesome" on soundboards where the treble sections fails to deliver. If the changes made to hammers don't get you what you want, then the problem may be there--and it isn't the strike point.
