written or stenciled D5833. I understand the concert instruments had their<br>
own serial numbers (which this is) but I can find no reference to them.<br>
It's certainly not an 1843 piano as the number would otherwise suggest. Any<br>
ideas as to what the earliest date of this might be? <br>
