<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Good Morning: some friends of mine bought a Knabe studio
of recent manufacture which has a very heavy touchweight. The TW is over 80
grams in most of the piano. After checking for tight keys, tight flange centers,
and any of the other usual causes of heaviness, I came to the conclusion
that having no weighting in the keys is the cause. I am planning to go back and
weight the keys. Is there something I am missing here that might be a cure for
this condition besides addign lead?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>Thanks,</FONT></DIV>
