<DIV>Bed frame ....... hard as hell. There are drill bits that
will cut through this stuff at slower than usual speeds. A sawsall with a
harder than usual blade will cut it to length. Use plenty of cutting
fluid. Mattress stores have these frames for free when you buy a
mattress. There’s got to be some that are available for cheap. I
always keep a piece laying around the ranch for repairs of one kind or
another. It’s dimensions are close to inch and a half angle iron. By
the sounds of things, the keybed is drooping somewhere near the balance
rail. Installing the fix somewhere in the same region would be most
effective.</DIV>
